This host publishes the reference material the MISAll team maintains in the open. Everything here is documentation and data, released under a permissive licence and versioned in public repositories.
Retail & POS Localization Reference
Field notes on what a point-of-sale system has to get right in a specific country or a specific language: currency formatting, tax display, receipt content requirements, script direction, and thermal printer behaviour.
Published in two editions that are written separately rather than translated from one another — the English edition is addressed to implementers, the Chinese edition to shop owners.
